Tōō High

Daiki Aomine (青峰 大輝 Aomine Daiki) was the ace player of the renowned Generation of Miracles and was the former partner/light of Kuroko in Teikō. He currently plays as the ace of Tōō Academy. He and Kagami are sworn rivals after their clashes in the Interhigh preliminaries and in the Winter Cup. He was the main antagonist until the first round of the Winter Cup.Aomine's noticably brown skin is darker than most of the other characters. He has dark blue hair that is quite short. His hair is parted on his left side. He often has a frown on his face, with his dark blue eyes slightly squinted. Aomine is very tall and muscular.He wears the black and red Tōō High jersey with the number 5. His casual summer clothes consist of a loose, white tank top and tan cargo pants. In the winter, Aomine is often seen with a light woolen shirt, a black hoodie and a dark bodywarmer.

Satsuki Momoi (桃井 さつき Momoi Satsuki) is the manager of Tōō Academy and previously the manager of the Generation of Miracles. She is in love with Tetsuya Kuroko and sees herself as his girlfriend.Momoi has long , bright pink hair that reaches her lower back. Her large eyes are also pink. She is very slim, slender and has large breasts (according to Riko's Scan, she has an F-cup). She is usually seen in her school uniform: a white shirt, a bow and a short skirt. She has also been seen mutiple times with a light green sweater, zipped open.

Shoichi Imayoshi (今吉　翔一 Imayoshi Shoichi) was Tōō'scaptain and point guard. He has now retired from the team.Imayoshi has black, messy hair. His hair is quite long and reaches to over his eyes. He wears glasses after which his eyes are usually squinting. He is of average height and build. He wears the Tōō jersey with the number 4.He is a well-spoken and superficially kind on first glance, but hides a somewhat darker personality that more subtly reveals itself in conversation. Speaking in the typically polite Kansai dialect, Imayoshi laces what would be pleasant conversation with slight jabs at other's weaknesses and understated but absolute expressions of his own confidence.

Ryō Sakurai (桜井 良 Sakurai Ryō) is Tōō's shooting guard. He is known as a delusional self-blamer.Sakurai has a rather frail posture and sometimes walks with his head sticking out. He has short, light brown hair and has large eyes. When his different personality comes out, he is often seen pouting his mouth. He wears the black and red Tōō High jersey with the number 9.

Kōsuke Wakamatsu (若松 孝輔 Wakamatsu Kōsuke) is a center and a regular at Tōō Academy. After Imayoshi's retirement, he became the captain of the team.Wakamatsu has light blonde, spiky hair that is short in front, but longer in the back. He is tall and muscular and wears the jersey with number 6.Wakamatsu has a strong personality and is usually over enthusiastic. With his teammates and opponents, he is known as overly loud, noisy and extremely annoying. He also has a temper and a short fuse. However, Wakamatsu was surprised to see Kagami had become much more calm and composed than he used to be and even succesfully analyzed Kiyoshi's ability, showing some out-of-character sharpness.

Yōsen High

Atsushi Murasakibara (紫原 敦 Murasakibara Atsushi) was the Generation of Miracles' center. He now plays for Yōsen High and competed in the Winter Cup.Murasakibara is abnormally tall for someone of his age, even taller than Papa Mbaye Siki. He is the tallest player seen in the entire series. He has shoulder length, purple hair that touches his back. During the match against Seirin High School, he is seen with his hair pulled back into a ponytail during the fourth quarter. He has been seen wearing a white "Tonicwater" t-shirt and a working-overall.

Tatsuya Himuro (氷室 辰也 Himuro Tatsuya) is Yōsen's shooting guard. He was Kagami's brother figure back in the States.Himuro has slick, black hair that covers his left eye. He has a mole under his right eye. Like Kagami, he wears a ring around his neck with a necklace. He wears the Yosen jersey with the number 12.Himuro first appears to be a cool, composed young man with a mature personality. Even as a child he was already very collected and together. He is also kind and courteous to other people, with the manner of a gentleman. His teammates state that he gets a lot of love letters from girls. He is good atmaking friends and being social, and he is one of the few people who can control Murasakibara when he gets out of hand. He is full of fighting spirit and looks for a good fight in terms of basketball. He doesn't show these emotions very often and gets said that he wears a poker face. He denies this and believes that he just expresses his emotions in his own way.On the flip side, he can be very manipulative and tricky. As Kagami once stated: "Tatsuya looks like the serious type, but he sometimes spares no tricks to achieve his goals as well!" It has also been shown that Himuro is very prideful and dislikes the fact that despite being the one who introduced Kagami to basketball, he himself is not 'gifted' like Kagami. He is envious of people like Murasakibara and Kagami because of their talent. He also dislikes it when Alex treats him like a kid, stating that he is now stronger than her. He also hates it when he is looked down upon. When Murasakibara decides that their game against Seirin is a pain and decides to sit out, Himuro punches him and breaks down in tears, stating that it drives him crazy when people with capabilities don't fully use them.

Rakuzan High

Seijūrō Akashi (赤司 征十郎 Akashi Seijūrō) is the captain of Generation of Miracles. He is the only person that the Generation of Miracles knuckles under. He is now the point guard and captain of Rakuzan High and is competing in the Winter Cup. Akashi now serves as the main antagonist in the storyAkashi is rather small-sized for being the captain of the Generation of Miracles, as noted by Furihata, being only 173 cm tall, making him the shortest out of the Generation of Miracles. He has spiky red hair, large eyes with vertical pupils and an oval face. His hair was worn with longer bangs inJunior High school and during the events before the Winter Cup. However he cut them at the beginning of the Winter Cup with Shintarō Midorima's scissors. Color pages have shown that Akashi has heterochromatic eyes, with his right eye being red and his left being yellow/orange. It was shown in a recent chapter that back in Junior High school, Akashi's eyes were both red. They changed in Junior High school when the initial conflict between the Generation of Miracles occurs. It can be noted that after his eyes have changed, his personality also becomes much colder. He wears the white and light blue Rakuzan jersey with the number 4.Akashi's appearance was not revealed for a long time. The times he appeared or was mentioned, only the lower part of his face was seen, or the back of his head. His full appearance was only revealed at the Winter Cup.

Kotarō Hayama (葉山 小太郎 Hayama Kotarō) is a regular of Rakuzan High and one of the Uncrowned Kings. His nickname is The Raijū (雷獣 Raijū). He is now competing in the Winter Cup.Hayama is quite thin, about 180 cm tall and is shown to be very agile and athletic. He has short, orange-ish hair and a pair of oval-shaped eyes with dark pupils. He also has a snaggle tooth in the left corner of his mouth. He wears the blue and white Rakuzan jersey with the number 7.Hayama is energetic to the point of annoyance. He often fools around carelessly.He is an attention-seeker. Despite these, he has a sense of being vengeful towards his opponents like when Miyaji dribbles past him and Kagami totally dominating him while in the Zone; he requested Akashi to let him mark Kagami one more time for he can't settle down unless he returns the favor. He also takes pride in being an upperclassmen, this is shown when he tells Kagami he forgot to add Senpai after his last name.

Reo Mibuchi (実渕 玲央 Mibuchi Reo) is a regular of Rakuzan High and one of the Uncrowned Kings. He is nicknamed the Yaksha (夜叉 Yasha), which refers to a kind of nature spirit. He is now competing in the Winter Cup.Reo is 188 cm tall and has long black hair that reaches his chin. He has gentle-looking eyes, with outstandingly long eyelashes. He wears the blue and white Rakuzan jersey with the number 6.Mibuchi is pretty uptight. He likes to keep things in line and gets annoyed easily when others fool around or act weird. He criticizes them and tries to correct them, not always successful. Despite that, his personality itself seems to be cheerful and relaxed, shown by his good-natured way of lecturing the Seirin's second years of how to treat a lady (Riko, in this case), and his affectionate nickname of "Sei-chan" for Akashi. He dislikes noisiness and also seems to have a motherly nature as Hayama calls him "Reo-nee" (big sis Reo).

Eikichi Nebuya (根武谷 永吉 Nebuya Eikichi) is a regular of Rakuzan High and one of the Uncrowned Kings. He is known as Herculean Strength (剛力 Gōriki). He is now competing in the Winter Cup.Eikichi has a somewhat dark colored skin and very short beard. He is 190 cm tall and has a well muscular body, which makes him seem older than he is. He has short black hair, that is styled with two stripes each at the sides of his head. He has been called a "muscle gorilla" by Hayama before. He plays with the blue and white Rakuzan jersey with the number 8.
